I use them when I go walking. They are firm and so supportive. I have wide feet and they fit perfect. The extra thickness makes a noticeable difference. I have high arches, so the metatarsal pad works very well. Also, I have a pair of custom orthotics, that aren't as good as these insoles. Thanks for making a wonderful product.
