I initially ordered these thinking they were the same as the ones I had previously used. However, when they arrived I realized that I had been confused by by the EU size not realizing it and the model I wanted were the same. I immediately sent an email to customer service and got a reply within 5 minutes, even though it was after 9 PM. Less than 30 minutes later I received via email a return shipping label. And in less than a week I had the orthotics I wanted. The customer service couldn’t have been better and I highly recommend Bonapeda!!!

Just letting you know I received the insole, I cut it to perfectly fit my ulcer. It fits perfectly in the darco boot and I’m amazed just how much better it feels. Very supportive and very comfortable, I can walk normally without feeling any pressure in the area. So far it's holding up great!

As soon as I received my first pair I ordered a second pair. They do what a proper orthotic insole should do. Being uncertain of sizing I emailed and called. I received prompt and accurate information as well as a prompt delivery. I was first told about them by a very professional podiatrist who urged me to purchase BONAPEDA.
