Socks arrived promptly via US Postage from a different company, Stridelite. after one day of wearing the socks, which I liked very much, the zipper on one of the socks kept coming undone by itself. I contacted Stridelite and talked with a representative. I explained the situation to him, but he did not know what to do. I ended up contacting Bonapeda, and they did got back to me and shipped out 2 replacement pairs without requiring me to return the original pair. I am happy with the resolution.
