I appreciate it a lot really. For me, it has been lucky to find such a kind and efficient person in addition to the insoles I needed. You can perfectly understand what this means in terms of health and functionality in my daily life. I live in Yucatan, Mexico and there I can't find templates with such good quality and comfort. I initially ordered these thinking they were the same as the ones I had previously used. However, when they arrived I realized that I had been confused by by the EU size not realizing it and the model I wanted were the same. I immediately sent an email to customer service and got a reply within 5 minutes, even though it was after 9 PM. Less than 30 minutes later I received via email a return shipping label. And in less than a week I had the orthotics I wanted. The customer service couldn’t have been better and I highly recommend Bonapeda!!!

Just letting you know I received the insole, I cut it to perfectly fit my ulcer. It fits perfectly in the darco boot and I’m amazed just how much better it feels. Very supportive and very comfortable, I can walk normally without feeling any pressure in the area. So far it's holding up great!
