Unless other arrangements have been made, payment for all product, shipping and handling costs are due at the time of purchase, and all cost information will be provided in the shopping cart. If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of the item, including shipping will be refunded; or the item will be replaced free of charge, at the buyers option. If an item is damaged during shipping, buyer may return item in accordance with the “PRODUCT RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY” for replacement with duplicate items, free of charge. Items damaged during shipping will be treated the same as a manufacturer defect.

Unless otherwise specified, items will be shipped via ground delivery. Items that are in stock will generally be shipped within 2 business days. Items that are not in stock may take up to 30 days or longer to ship. You may cancel your order without penalty or cost for items that have not yet shipped. Once an item has shipped, cancelled orders fall under the PRODUCT RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY.

Our policy lasts 30 days from date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since delivery of purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  To complete your return or exchange, you must contact BONAPEDA ENTERPRISES LLC at to obtain an RMA Number. We will require a receipt, order number, or other proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to BONAPEDA ENTERPRISES LLC. Return mailing instructions will be provided via e-mail with the RMA number.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds or no refunds are granted:


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days. Any shipping costs paid by you and/or BONAPEDA ENTERPRISES LLC to deliver the products to you will be excluded from your refund. BONAPEDA ENTERPRISES LLC reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for all returned items, except for items that are found to have a manufacturing defect.


If you need to exchange a new, unused item in its original condition (for another item, or a different size, etc.), send us an email at and request an RMA Number. Return mailing instructions will be provided via e-mail. BONAPEDA ENTERPRISES LLC will not refund shipping expenses associated with exchanged items, and additional shipping charges will apply for the shipment of the exchanged goods to your address.


If you haven’t received a refund after 30 days, please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at


To return your product, you should mail your product to the address communicated with the RMA instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If the item is found to be defective, BONAPEDA ENTERPRISES LLC will refund your original shipping costs to deliver the product to you (if any). Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
